For those desiring a small indoor facility, the Boat House offers a combined indoor/outdoor capacity of 50 guests. There is indoor seating for up to 32 guests along  with small kitchenette featuring a sink with prep area and mini fridge. The lattice-covered deck offers picnic tables and outdoor sinks with prep area. Parking and restrooms are nearby.

Entire amount due at time of booking, parking fees are separate

Discount Parking available with reservation
Pre-paid vehicle passes purchased in blocks of 25 or more receive $1 off per pass
Passes are date-stamped, non-refundable and must be distributed prior to event

Cancellation Policy
Date/site change or cancellations more than 90 days from event - $25
Date/site change or cancellations 90 days or less from event - no refund minus deposit
Processing fee non-refundable
